4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days, depending on your bank's processing time.
